Initial inquiry of your case and your requirements:

Michael will carry out an initial review of your case and your requirements.

Based on the information you provide him, he will let you know whether in his professional opinion he considers your case is suitable for Public Access.

If Michael decides that your case would benefit from the involvement of a solicitor, he will tell you so.

If Michael believes that your case may be eligible for public funding (also known as “legal aid”) then he will inform you of this.

Michael may in certain circumstances accept instructions to read the papers and advise whether or not he is able to do the work which you wish him to do. If your instructions are accepted for these purposes only, he will advise you of any charge for this work. If you will be required to pay a fee for this work, Michael will send you a client care letter before any work is carried out.

Depending on the circumstances Michael may offer a free consultation to discuss the Public Access case options.
