Michael was instructed by the Serious Fraud Office in the fifth Deferred Prosecution Agreement [“DPA”], approved by Mr Justice William Davis on 4th July 2019: SFO v Serco Geografix Ltd.
This DPA was applied for and approved on 4th July 2019 at Southwark Crown Court by Mr Justice William Davis.
